Therapy can help you to explore these areas of your life and to consider if you want to make changes.
Counselling can be long or short term depending of what you require from it. I offer a warm and open space for you to explore what you need to. Whatever we discuss between us is confidential as outlined in the BACP Ethical framework for good practice.
