Why use a Counsellor?
People come to counselling for many reasons: Grief, relationship or work related issues, depression, anxiety or sometimes because of a subtle feeling that something isn’t right? Therapy can help you to explore these areas of your life and to consider if you want to make changes.
Counselling can be long or short term depending of what you require from it. I offer a warm and open space for you to explore what you need to. Whatever we discuss between us is confidential as outlined in the BACP Ethical framework for good practice. Further information about this can be found on the BACP website and will also be covered as part of our contracting process.
- Single session: £65 per session
- Lower cost spaces available, please enquire.
- Lower cost sessions for Students of Counselling & Students seeking supervision.
This group is a unique place where we can come together to explore our experiences and be open with each other about the complexities and challenges of being a man in the world today. Working through the areas that arise in the group, we can share the opportunity to redefine ourselves and readjust to the challenges in everyday life in a more informed and conscious manner.
This is a 8 week course at a cost of £210.
